Finding your venue.

  • Step 1

    We will discuss your event requirements in full so we can understand what you are hoping to achieve, along with gathering details on attendee numbers, location requirements etc.

  • Step 2

    We will send you an extensive proposal with costs for you to review, giving you an opportunity to discuss them with us first.

  • Step 3

    Then we will ask for your feedback and for you to shortlist your preferred venues and we can then arrange site visits where appropriate.

  • Step 4

    At this point, we will discuss the final specifications with you and send a confirmation to yourselves and your chosen venue.

  • Step 5

    Once agreed by you, we will return the contract to the venue. Throughout the process, we will be available to chat through any questions you may have or to suggest ideas to meet your requirements.
